At MAC Knife, we stand behind the quality of our Japanese cutlery and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect edge for your kitchen.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused knife in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the blade is properly protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to MAC Knife

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our warehouse, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master sharpeners inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
